Easy Banana Pancakes

So I am finally getting around to my health/recipes posts again!! :D
This one is for banana pancakes, which I think I've mentioned on here before. I just love them, and they are so easy to make!! No flour. No sugar. No dairy.
My sister made them last, and took some pictures . . .

~ Banana, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla ~
~ Feel free to add other things, like oatmeal and walnuts ~
~ If you don't have a blender, you can just mash the bananas by hand, and then mix everything else in ~

     Easy Banana Pancakes

1 banana

3 eggs

2 t. cinnamon

1 t. vanilla

Mix together and make your pancakes! Top with peanut butter or almond butter.

And there you have it. I love making these on mornings where it seems there's nothing else to eat and whatnot. And it's a pretty flexible recipe. I've done 2 bananas to 1 egg. 1 banana to 2 eggs. 1 banana to 3 eggs. Whatever you have! :) And then, like I mentioned above, you can add other things. My mom likes to add oatmeal and walnuts. Either way, they're delicious!! :D

    1. They definitely are just that! :D Have you ever tried them before? I just randomly found a picture of those four main ingredients on Pinterest, but there was no definite recipe ...

  4. Oh, wow, these look so easy! I have a healthy pancake recipe that I use (contains whole wheat flour), but it's much more complex than this.

  6. I'm not much of a banana fan, but this does look extremely easy!

Shantelle, I read A Dream Not Imagined the other day and....I LOVED IT!!! Wow! I don't know how to describe. :) it was so sweet and so romantic, but in a good Godly way. It came in the mail one day, I started it that night and read until like...midnight. Woke up the next morning, snatched it up and finished it! It was so good. It now has a permanent place on my bookshelf between Beautiful Girlhood and The Little Green Frog. I will DEFINITELY be reading this many more times in the years to come. :)
There was several plot twist that I was NOT expecting, but they were all amazing!
Once while reading it, I was walking through our houseand I said to my mom, "if Ellie marries that Edingworth guy I'm NOT going to be happy." Of course she had no idea what I was talking about, but she knows to tune me out when I'm buried in a book because I'm talking about (and to) fictitious characters. Lol :)
The groom in the end was...perfect!
I don't want to spoil it for anyone who may read this comment and hasn't read the book, so I won't say anymore. I could go on and on all day. ^^ Great job! I love it!

Aww, thank you!! This totally makes my day, Faith!! I so, so happy you enjoyed it!! ^_^ And you sound like me ... staying up late reading ... fuming or gushing over characters! :D That's wonderful; I'm just so thrilled A Dream Not Imagined was such a good read for you! Thank you so much for letting me know what you thought!! ^_^ ^_^
